Summary

The Route 3033 (Charlie Ave) over Erie Canal bridge replacement project also advanced and listed a detour pattern previously used in 2016.
- Introductory 272: Bond ordinance authorizing issuance of funds to acquire 20 special services and street maintenance vehicles — committee members asked about the disposition of replaced vehicles; staff said older vehicles are generally sold at auction and that some recent purchases used federal grant programs for cleaner equipment.
