Residents ask Lewiston for stop signs at First South/First West and dust control on 800 South

Another resident, Joe Stiletovich, asked the council to apply dust-retardant treatment to the gravel portion of 800 South — between 800 West and 2400 West — particularly during harvest season because of heavy truck and farm-equipment traffic.
