Staff said the applicant proposes splitting the parcel into two lots of roughly 16,100 square feet and 8,300 square feet and that there is no proposed development at this time. O'Neil recommended the council open the public hearing, adopt a finding of exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act, and approve the tentative map. Councilmember Jamie Molina moved to approve Resolution 2025-55; Councilmember Kathy Salorio seconded. The motion passed 4–0 with one member absent.
