A staff speaker said, “we think we need to do a little bit more work to get some good language in front of you. We might need to get in the parking section and things of that nature, which were never noticed.” The staff recommendation was to end the proceedings at this time and return with a new public hearing after republishing. No members of the public spoke on the items during the hearing.
The commission closed the public hearing and agreed to bring the items back at a later date after staff revisions and republishing of the notice.
