Board awards construction contracts for multiple new‑construction and rehab projects

A motion to award the identified new-construction contracts (including to CJE for at least one of the projects) was made, seconded and approved by voice vote.
Ending: Staff said contracts would be finalized promptly and work should proceed through the late summer and fall; the board asked staff to return with schedule and financial updates as construction progresses.
