Advisory board member Frank moved to approve the minutes with an amendment clarifying that EECO received more than $40 million in federal grants; the motion passed with eight ayes and no no votes. Members recorded voting yes included Elliot, Fent, Frank, Helly, Craig, Retanna, Schumberger and Co-chair O'Connor.
The vote occurred at the start of the July 16 meeting, which convened in Room 203 R of the Milwaukee County Courthouse and via Microsoft Teams. The correction will be reflected in the minutes appended to the meeting record.
