Quincy license board approves concert alcohol permits, festival one-day licenses, a restaurant transfer and a new cafeteria permit

The City of Quincy Board of License Commissioners on July 15 approved temporary liquor licenses for concerts and community festivals, a one‑day tasting event, a transfer of an all‑alcohol restaurant license for East Ocean Restaurant and a new common victualler permit for a cafeteria at 1 Enterprise Drive.

The approvals came during a regularly scheduled meeting at which five members were present, giving the board a quorum. All recorded motions on the agenda were approved by voice vote with members responding “Aye.”
