The approvals came during a regularly scheduled meeting at which five members were present, giving the board a quorum. All recorded motions on the agenda were approved by voice vote with members responding “Aye.”
Heritage Sports Ventures — Veterans Memorial Stadium concerts Heritage Sports Ventures received approval for two one‑day liquor licenses for concerts scheduled Aug. 2 and Aug. 3 at Veterans Memorial Stadium, 850 Hancock St. Alex Graven described event plans to the board, saying bars will follow the operator’s existing layout used for other events, with a number of bars on the field, canned alcoholic beverages available generally, and adult cocktails restricted to the VIP structure added earlier this year.
