Bellevue City Council on Tuesday approved a redevelopment plan for Lot 6, Tiller’s Fourth, clearing the way for a 96-unit workforce housing project proposed by Great Lakes Capital.
The council voted unanimously to adopt Resolution 2025-13 after a public hearing. The applicant, represented by Brent Beller and Nick Godey of Great Lakes Capital, said the project will include 22 one-bedroom, 45 two-bedroom, 19 three-bedroom and 10 four-bedroom units and seeks $1.5 million in tax-increment financing (TIF) support.
