Fallbrook Court residents press city for full road resurfacing and timeline after extended sewer work

Joe Farley, speaking for most residents of Fallbrook Court, told the council the neighborhood has tolerated months of noise, dust and restricted access related to a sewer project managed by Woodacre Construction that was originally scheduled to finish May 25.
Farley said the street's cul-de-sac geography causes dust and debris to settle on homes and solar panels and that the project's temporary trench patching leaves the roadway scarred beyond the narrow trench area. He asked the city for: a clear and updated completion timeline; immediate dust mitigation given the location's natural bowl effect; expedited completion of an unfinished golf course easement used by residents and wildlife; full road resurfacing rather than trench-only repairs; sidewalk repairs where needed; and consideration of compensation such as utility credits or tax relief for affected households.
City staff asked Farley to check in with the city manager's office for an update; the city manager said staff can provide a status briefing. Council thanked Farley for bringing the concerns to the council and asked staff to follow up directly with residents.
