Kuna Council tables Blossom Meadows annexation after asking for fire, school letters

The developer, represented by Jaden Schneider of Bronzeville, told the council the project proposes 100 single-family lots (with 19 common lots) under an R-6 zone after reducing an earlier concept of 177 lots. Schneider said the average lot size across the development is about 7,500 square feet and that the plan includes multiple interior open-space areas. “The provided open space the qualified provided open space is 3.96 acres, which is about 12.8,” Schneider said during his presentation, comparing it to the roughly 2.32 acres required by city code.
