City staff said funding for the invoice will come from the Jenks Public Works Authority (Resolution 2025-06) and the 1¢ capital fund for street maintenance, roads and bridges. “What we’re asking for is approval for authorizing payment for the construction of a 120 First Street Trail… in the amount of $304,899,” said Mr. Wilkins, a public works staff member, describing the packet item and the attached invoice.
