Seth said the project team expects to deliver 60% construction plans by the end of July; the construction manager‑at‑risk will price the work over a three‑week exercise and an updated price package is expected by August 18. Staff plans to present preliminary survey results on August 19 and to meet a bond‑language deadline on August 18 if the city proceeds toward a November 4 referendum.
The update also noted the survey deadline is July 28, a final report will follow a preliminary August 4 report, and that paper survey responses are starting to arrive by mail; staff said the mailed packet includes a small number (seven reported so far) of paper responses. Seth said the team expects a final report and pricing in August so the council can consider a referendum option in time for election deadlines.
No formal council action was recorded during the update; staff will return with survey results and updated pricing before any bond or referendum decision.
