The Bettendorf City Council gave first reading to an ordinance amending Bettendorf City Code section 6-1-322 to add a yield sign at the Aspen Hills Circle intersection with Apple Valley Drive at its July 15 meeting.
Council member Brown introduced the ordinance at first reading and moved approval. The motion passed unanimously on a roll-call vote. No public comment was received during the hearing and council did not hold extended discussion on the item.
The ordinance is at first reading; subsequent readings will be required for final adoption and staff will schedule sign installation following final approval.
