Mohave Community College highlights fall events and advanced manufacturing training center progress

Mohave Community College staff summarized fall campus activity across its campuses and said the college hosted or participated in multiple community events.

The update noted Halloween and pumpkin‑fest activities at the Bullhead campus, student art shows (including winners listed by name), Radiologic Technology Week presentations, and outreach to middle and high school students through events such as the Bighorn Trek and the Colorado River Union High School District’s College and Career Expo. The college named students and staff recognized during recent events (for example, Tayla Taylor, Renee Carroll, Marta Ramirez and staff recognitions including Mackenzie Dexter, Megan Knox, Kaylin Bridal, Helen Garcia, Ong Yanko and Eleanor Blair).

College staff said the foundation is complete and materials are on site for the future advanced manufacturing training center at the Kingman Port Industrial Park, and that "the walls [are] starting to go up."
