The board’s decision, moved by board member Kathleen Davis and seconded by Andrew Finney, was approved 4–1. Board member Michael Hopkowicz cast the lone dissent. The approval requires the applicant to provide on‑site valet services, place the valet stand on the property and return to the board for reassessment within 12 months after the certificate of occupancy is issued. The special exception automatically terminates if the approved uses are changed or discontinued.
