Bridal Joyner Singh, the applicant, provided her name and address and no opponents appeared. Council members then moved and passed the license on a unanimous roll call.
The license allows on-site sales appropriate to the Class A designation listed on the agenda. No changes to hours, conditions or additional restrictions were requested during the hearing. The council clerk noted an affidavit of publication and an Open Meetings Act notice was available in the chambers.
The decision came after the applicant confirmed presence and answered no substantive follow-up questions. With no public opposition, the council completed a roll call: Council Members Harding, Hugg, Melton, Roe, Festersen, Goodwin and Council President Begley voted to approve.
The council’s action places the license on the city’s records; the applicant may proceed under the terms of the license and applicable city regulations.
