Chelsea Young introduced herself as a Josephine resident, realtor and substitute teacher with family experience in local planning boards, and said she is interested in codes affecting new construction and building community retail and services. A third nominee, David Reid, was listed on the ballot as an alternate (he was described by staff as being in the city’s extraterritorial jurisdiction).
