Staff recommended continuing the public hearing to August 12 to allow the re-notice process and the ad hoc committee’s input.
Mayor Pro Tem Krupa moved to continue the public hearing to the August 12, 2025 regular meeting; Council Member Lodge seconded. The council approved the continuance on a 5–0 roll call vote. Staff will re-notice the item and provide the ad hoc committee’s recommendations at the August hearing.
Ending: The council took no final action on Ordinance 2058; the hearing was formally continued to Aug. 12, 2025.
