Staff placed the item on the commission’s consent agenda because the application required no conditions and addressed outstanding staff comments, and no member of the public asked for the item to be removed for discussion.
Staff said the project addressed outstanding engineering and planning comments and met the Land Management Code standards for a final site plan. A motion to approve the consent item passed with unanimous verbal assent from commissioners.
The approval is limited to the final site plan submitted to the Planning Department; any subsequent changes to the development will require further review under the city’s permitting process.
The commission moved next to the advertised public hearing items after approving minutes and the consent agenda.
