The court voted to “conditionally approve the offer presented to settle this case styled Collin County versus 547 Land Development LLC in the 490th District Court for the amount offered,” while preserving the county’s right to pursue claims “regarding alleged pond or dam failures or demands for corrections.” Commissioner Hale moved the motion; a second was recorded and the motion carried.
