- Emergency management and first responder grants: Commissioners approved an emergency management request to issue purchase orders for a tactical communications vehicle not to exceed $48,000 and approved first responder grant awards in accordance with contract C207-2016 and Resolution 2023-30. Motions passed 3-0.
- Department of Corrections amendment: The board approved a third amendment to the contract with KBS Constructors (contract C285-2025) to increase the guaranteed maximum price by $605,000 to purchase and install cells for the third-floor behavioral health unit in the adult detention center. Commissioners said savings and bond interest would cover the increase; the motion passed 3-0.
- Solid Waste and Elections: The board authorized a request for quotations for a replacement solid-waste dispatch and onboard navigation system (current contract expiring at year-end).
