After closing testimony the board deliberated and, citing comparable sales and assessment methods consistent with the Wisconsin Property Assessment Manual, voted to uphold the assessor’s valuation. The roll-call vote was unanimous.
The board clerk provided information about the right to appeal the decision to circuit court and said notices would be mailed to the parties.
