The applicant replaced the previously proposed ADA lift with a narrower wood ramp and black steel handrails. Windows and siding details are planned as wood‑clad double‑hung units and smooth‑texture hardy siding; the flat roof will be covered in EPDM rubber roofing. Staff recommended approval conditioned on hardy siding to match existing rear addition material and asked for more detail on the proposed awning.
Commissioners generally supported the revised plans but asked the applicant to confirm ADA ramp landings and turning radii during code review; several commissioners said minor ramp adjustments would be acceptable without a return to the LPC. The motion to approve was adopted by roll call.
