Centreville schedules second readings and public hearings for Aug. 10 on two ordinances

At the July 10 meeting the Centreville Town Council noted two items will return for second readings and public hearings in August: ordinance 10-2025 (administrative search warrants) and ordinance O8-2025 (the trailer ordinance). Council members said the second readings and public hearings are scheduled for Aug. 10.
Staff and council said the administrative-search-warrants ordinance had already been the subject of extended discussion in prior meetings. For the trailer ordinance the council said previous amendments had been dispensed with and no further changes were noted at the July 10 meeting.
No votes were taken on either ordinance at the July 10 meeting; the council scheduled the required second readings and public hearings for Aug. 10 so members of the public can comment and the council can act at that later date.
