The Lexington Planning Commission approved three development plans on the consent agenda at the July 10 meeting. The items approved together were:
- PLN MJDP 25-34: Blue Sky Industrial Estates, Tract A, Block A (673 and 689 Blue Sky Parkway). - PLN MJDP 25-35: Hamburg Place Mall, Unit 1, Parcel 2, Out Lot 4 (amended final development plan for 1849 Alishaeba Way). - PLN MJDP 25-36: Turner Property / Metathorpe Community Business Center (Turner Commons) amended final development plan at 125 Turner Commons Way.
Staff described the three items as final development plans that qualified for consent review; no members of the public or commissioners asked to pull any item for separate consideration. Commissioner Worth moved for approval and the motion carried unanimously.
Each plan will proceed to technical and construction review under the Division of Engineering and the standard plan conditions listed in staff reports.
