Flower Mound commissioners plan booth at Denton ‘Dig It’ archaeology fair; event set for Nov. 1

Gary Hayden, a Denton resident and member of the Denton County historical commission, told the Flower Mound Historical Commission that the Denton Dig It archaeology fair will take place Nov. 1 at the Denton County Historical Park on Carroll Boulevard and invited local participation.
Hayden said the fair will run 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., that admission is free and that exhibitors receive a complimentary lunch; he said the fair drew about 700 visitors last year. He…
