The county will send a comment letter to the City of Westminster backing the annexation of a 1.2-acre property at 1012 Baltimore Boulevard (petition received May 13, 2025). Planning staff said the property, currently a former RE/MAX building owned by "1012 BWMD LLC," would be repurposed as an adult day-care facility. The county staff report said the property is within Westminster's growth area, that Westminster intends to zone the parcel to B (business), and that sewer service will be provided by the City of Westminster.
