At the start of council time on Wednesday, the Clark County Council approved the minutes from its June 25 meeting after two clarifying edits.
Motion to approve the June 25 minutes (with edits) was made by Councilor Fuentes and seconded by Chair Marshall. The council voted “Aye” and the motion carried.
Other items discussed during the meeting produced no final votes but resulted in follow-up directives: staff will return next Tuesday with the interlocal agreement for the City of Vancouver bridge shelter; the county clerk will present information next week; staff were asked to commission a law-and-justice market analysis and public participation plan; and the council scheduled a work session to review HB 1406 funding options for affordable housing.
