Planning board actions: minutes approved; three items continued; adjournment

Each continuance was moved, seconded and approved.

Other procedural items: The board recorded that one member recused themself from item 5b and that no solicitor was present for that item. The meeting included routine committee reports (comprehensive plan update, tree commission, open space and fields, conservation commission) and closed with a motion to adjourn.
