The Pahrump Regional Planning Commission on July 9 elected officers for the 2025–26 fiscal year, approved several land-use applications and continued multiple large-scale zone-change and off-premises signage requests to an August 13 meeting.
The commission voted to approve abandonment request AB24-7 to vacate portions of public utility easements at 103 Lucardo Road (Assessor’s Parcel 04550123) after staff and the applicant said field surveying adjusted the easement to avoid a guy-wire location. Rebecca Chiriboga of Taney Engineering, representing Mountain Falls LLC, said, “we agree with all the staff’s conditions.”
