Board rejects single-bid landfill mowing award and pulls basin mowing item for re-bid

The board voted against awarding the contract (Res. 2025-440) and instructed staff to reissue the notice to bidders. A second related mowing contract for the Galleria detention basins (Res. 2025-441) was pulled from the agenda to permit broader notice and additional bidder outreach.
