Commissioners asked the applicant to provide a peer review of the wetland boundary, to research whether the site can be certified as a vernal pool, and to submit revised plans showing roof-drain recharge and strengthened erosion controls. The commission also directed staff to locate and share minutes documenting the commission’s long-standing 25-foot no-touch policy for buffer zones.
