Peck elected chair; Kathy Cozza named vice chair of Lago Vista board
Summary

At the start of the meeting the Lago Vista Board of Adjustment elected James (Jim) Peck as chair and Kathy Cozza as vice chair.
Board member Linda Ayre nominated Peck for chair; the nomination was seconded and carried. Ayre then nominated Cozza for vice chair; that nomination also carried with no opposition.
Charles West, the city manager, opened the meeting and asked members to identify themselves before the elections. Members said the appointments will remain effective until the board’s next organizational action.
