The motion to adopt R‑25‑555 was made by Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Richardson, seconded by Council Member Gunderson, and the resolution passed 5‑0.
Finally, the council adopted Resolution R‑25‑556, granting a variance to allow a lot area of 11,944 square feet and a lot depth of 115 feet for Lot 1, Block 14, Woodland Hills Addition (3301 Bowden Hill Lane North). The motion to adopt the variance was made by Council Member Graves, seconded by Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Richardson, and the motion passed 5‑0.
