The application, submitted in support of homeowner William Fuller, seeks approval for a 900-square-foot ADU with an attached garage on the upper level and an additional garage underneath, and a deck facing the pond. Jamie Bissonette of Zenith Consulting Engineers, representing the applicant, described the ADU as sited “pretty much onto the side of the garage” and said utilities would tie into the existing well and septic. Bissonette said the project team has conferred with conservation and with the Board of Health on plumbing and septic questions.
