Residents urged the commission to reject the replat at the June 26 meeting, citing noise, increased traffic, light intrusion, existing crime in the area and recurring backyard flooding. Commissioners adopted staff's recommendation to approve the replat subject to standard CPC (City Planning Commission) form conditions.
