House makes cosmetology out-of-school training permanent CTE offering

"By allowing these real world experiences, it not only gives these students a real sense of these industries, but it better prepares them after graduation for their careers," Kazim said on the floor.
The clerk recorded final passage with yeas 195 and nays 7. The bill, having passed the House finally, was returned to the Senate for concurrence.
