The Churchill County Library Board of Trustees approved routine agenda items and financial reports during the meeting.
The board voted to approve the published agenda and accepted the minutes of the May 22, 2025 meeting without change. Trustees then approved the monthly budget report for May 2025 and the library gift fund report for May 2025. All votes on these routine items were unanimous.
Patron registration application: Trustees also approved an amended Churchill County Library patron registration application that adds a statement informing new registrants that the library will email them and may send printed mailings if no email address is provided; the registration will allow the library to add patrons to its email list and patrons may unsubscribe. Child services librarian Jay Hodnet explained the change as an operational step to enable welcome emails and mailed notices for fines or overdue items.
