The representative also said roughly 90 Acadian employees live in Livingston Parish and that the company’s local payroll contributes about $4 million annually to the parish economy. Councilman Dean Coates moved to renew the operations permit for the stated period; Councilman Mangus seconded. The council approved the permit renewal unanimously.
