The request covered a price quotation (RPQ TP0000019994) for an amount not to exceed $320,920.60, inclusive of a contingency allowance of $29,174.60. The contract will be funded from the People’s Transportation Plan bond program; the contract and funding were described as items that had been added to the People’s Transportation Plan in February 2024.
The trust moved and seconded approval and members voted in favor by voice vote. The resolution will be forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners for final action and to authorize the county mayor or designee to execute the contract.
