During review of the May 29 minutes, Commissioner Chip Place objected that the minutes omitted a motion he said he made to table an application pending publication of a revised public notice. Planning staff (Jeff Tuvolni) said the minutes were transcribed from the meeting video and that he could have missed the motion because of the length of the recording. The commission voted to table the May 29 minutes to allow staff to locate the missing motion in the video, amend the minutes, and re-circulate them prior to the next meeting.
Roll-call results: approval of May 15 minutes — yes (Ed Garono, Chip Place, Janice Chan, Mary Miller, Volney Ford); tabling of May 29 minutes — motion carried by the same five yes votes. Staff will circulate corrected minutes when the referenced motion is added.
