Jason Schultz, Lincoln County Highway Superintendent, presented a permit request from Eustace Plumbing & Underground to bore a waterline under Brushy Road east of McNichols in the southeast corner of the county. Commissioner (motioning) requested a clerical correction in the permit to reflect the established 66-foot right-of-way. The board approved the permit with the requested clerical change and instructed county staff to notify the applicant of the correction.
Schultz said the work appeared brief and that a check in the amount of $201.92 had been submitted with the application. No other discussion or conditions were added.
