The project team will submit an as‑built survey and the planning office will prepare a reaffirmation package for the July meeting so the final plan can be endorsed and recorded. Staff noted that, because the HOP and on‑site work were the final outstanding items, a final inspection and a reaffirmation of the prior approvals will clear the way for recording and closeout of municipal obligations. Public Works and planning staff will confirm whether a maintenance period or financial security release is appropriate at the time of final acceptance.
