Other business
The board also made an appointment to the Delaware County Local Development Corporation, appointing Ed Rosa for a term ending Dec. 31, 2025. Supervisors waived Rule 10 to consider two not pre-filed resolutions at the meeting. Several resolutions were handled by voice vote where the transcript records "all in favor" or "so carried"; others were approved by roll call with affirmative votes recorded by name.
