- Utah Indigent Defense grant: The commission approved the annual Utah Indigent Defense grant (covering July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026). County counsel/finance staff reviewed the document and recommended approval. (Voice vote; motion carries.)
- Personnel approvals: The commission approved three personnel actions: hiring Aaron Green as Victim Services Coordinator at the Children’s Justice Center (effective 06/23/2025); hiring Bridal Humphreys as a full-time deputy (Sheriff’s Office corrections) (effective 06/23/2025); and rehiring Hazen Pettit as a full-time technician/maintenance worker in the road department (effective 07/07/2025).
