County approves intoxicating liquor license for Thunderbird Offco LLC through Dec. 31, 2025

Koochiching County commissioners approved June 24 a new intoxicating liquor license for Thunderbird Offco LLC (formerly Thunderbird Lodge LLC). The license covers on-sale and off-sale intoxicating liquor and is valid from June 30, 2025, through Dec. 31, 2025, the remainder of the calendar year.
The county’s liquor license committee reviewed the application and recommended approval. A motion to approve the license was offered and seconded, and the board approved by voice vote.
