CANYON CITY, Colo. — The Fremont County Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved a Class A secure-transport service license for three years and a Type 1 vehicle permit for one year to Baruch Eschedu d/b/a Air Ride Colorado LLC at the June 24 meeting.
County staff said the applicant met licensing requirements, the vehicle was inspected and required documents were provided. County attorney Michael Kroll summarized that a Class A license requires a physical barrier between driver and passenger and that the applicant’s vehicle — a 2014 Ford Explorer — met the Type 1 vehicle-permit specifications.
Commissioner McFaul moved for approval; Commissioner Grantham seconded. Roll call votes were recorded as "aye" by Commissioners McFaul, Bell and Grantham.
