- A4 (Order 2025‑49): Revision of plat (Highland Estates, Lot 12 → Lot 12R‑1 and 12R‑2) in Precinct 1. Public water provider (JSA) serves the lots; court approved the plat revision.
- A6 (Order 2025‑52): Release of construction financial security for Retreat Phase 29 (developer Double Diamond Delaware Inc.) in the amount of $846,439 secured by United States Fire Insurance Company; court authorized returning the security after inspections and completion of required work.
- A7: Variance to lift requirement for credible evidence of groundwater availability for a single 2‑acre lot to be served by a private well in Precinct 4; court approved based on nearby domestic and livestock wells and no public water availability.

Motions were made and seconded from the bench for each item where recorded. Where vote tallies were recorded by voice, the court announced each item carried unanimously. Several items were presented with brief staff reports or public hearings; the court took no action on an executive-session item (Project Goodland) at this meeting.
The court also heard informational updates on transportation projects, Master Gardener programs, and American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) project funding but took no new appropriations for ARPA at the June 23 session.
