Deputy IT Director Isaac Badu briefed the Lubbock County Commissioners Court on the status of information-technology services, reporting work-order volumes, vendor issues and several open items needing follow-up.
Badu said IT logged 650 work orders in May, closing 619 and leaving 31 open; for June so far the office recorded 396 work orders with 334 closed and 62 still open. He said the overall system currently shows 325 open work orders, and that some have been kept open for multi-year tracking, including items dating to the 2021 Odyssey rollout.
