The court voted unanimously to approve the minutes from the June 9, 2025 meeting, accept line-item transfers of $1,976,892 and budget amendments of $1,823,933.03 presented by the auditor, and to authorize payment of claims totaling $5,262,648.77. The court also accepted the county's unaudited financial report for May.
During the meeting the court approved several agreements and authorizations brought forward by staff. Commissioners authorized the county judge to sign an equipment lease and service agreement with Geostatus Inc. for electronic monitoring of juveniles; they also authorized the county judge to sign a continuing agreement with Lubbock Independent School District for educational…
